MMT MF18 Product Manual

This page explains how to pair, locate, disable, and restore products that support Google Find Hub / Find My Device network. If the model, appearance, or button behavior of your product is different from this page, please follow the manual included with your product package.

Applicable Products

This manual applies to Google Find Hub compatible Bluetooth finder products.

The product can help users find personal items such as keys, bags, luggage, or other belongings through Google Find Hub / Find My Device network.

First-Time Pairing
  1. Make sure Bluetooth and location services are enabled on your phone, and that you are signed in to your Google account.
  2. Place the product near your phone and press and hold the function button until you hear a prompt sound or see the indicator flashing.
  3. When the pairing prompt appears on your phone, follow the on-screen instructions to add the product to Google Find Hub / Find My Device.
  4. Name the product, choose the corresponding item category, and complete setup.
Find Your Item
  1. Open the Google Find Hub / Find My Device app.
  2. Select the product you want to locate from the device list.
  3. If the product is within Bluetooth range, use Play Sound to help locate it.
  4. If the product is not nearby, check the latest location shown in the app.
Disable the Product

If you find an unknown product moving with you, or if you need to stop the product from working, follow the steps below. After disabling, the product will no longer update its location through Google Find Hub / Find My Device network.

  1. Locate the function button or battery compartment on the product.
  2. If the product has a removable battery, open the battery compartment and remove the battery.
  3. If the battery is not easy to remove, press and hold the function button until you hear repeated prompt sounds or the indicator turns off.
  4. If you are not sure whether the product has been disabled, contact support at the bottom of this page.
Replace the Battery
  1. Open the product battery cover.
  2. Remove the old battery and insert a new battery of the same specification according to the correct polarity.
  3. Close the battery cover and confirm that the product gives a sound or indicator feedback.
  4. Check in the app that the product is online again.
Remove and Factory Reset
  1. Select the product in the Google Find Hub / Find My Device app.
  2. Open product settings and choose Remove or Unpair Device.
  3. Press and hold the function button until the device enters pairing mode again.
  4. To use it again after removal, complete the first-time pairing process again.
Safety and Privacy Notice

Do not use this product to track other people, vehicles, or items without permission.

Do not swallow the battery or allow children to handle the battery alone. Use the same battery specification when replacing it and recycle used batteries according to local regulations.

If your phone alerts you that an unknown finder device is moving with you, follow the phone instructions to locate and disable the device. Contact local authorities if necessary.
